Youth

The purpose of the Youth Ministry is two-fold. First, we want to see our young people grow in their relationships with God. We want them to experience the joy that is ours in knowing God through His Word. Then we want them to realize that they have a responsibility to God and to be involved in Christian service.

Leader: Hope Hall

Sunday School
Sunday School is a time where the focus is to help our youth grow spiritually as they learn more about the Bible and how biblical truths apply to their lives. The youth Sunday School is divided into the middle school class (grades 6 thru 8) and high School class (grades 9 thru 12).

  Youth Sunday
It's important for the youth to be "plugged in" to the church and see themselves as vital members of the church. Youth Sunday provides that opportunity as the youth lead the morning worship service each 5th Sunday. The Youth choir leads the congregation in worship and the youth take responsibility for the different aspects of the morning worship service.

Kindness Outreach
Involving the teens in Christian service by serving the members of our church and the community the 3rd Saturday every other month.

  Target Group
Focusing on aspects of Christian living every 1st and 3rd Sunday evening, the youth target group provides an informal setting for Bible study. Each target group includes time of fun, fellowship, and food along with the Bible study.

Scheduled Activities
Fun-filled activites help the youth to know that there is joy in being a Christian. Wholesome fun activites are planned each month to allow the youth to have activities that they can invite their friends to.
